How fast you speak, measured in words per minute (WPM). English is counted by words; Korean is sometimes measured by syllables.

For English presentations, a comfortable pace is often around 130-160 WPM (the average US adult conversation runs about 150 WPM). Too fast blurs your point; too slow drags. What actually matters more than a steady speed is deliberately slowing down on the key parts.
